How To Use The Ice Cream Powder

1) Strawberry Ice Cream with Strawberry Topping
2) Blueberry Ice Cream with Blueberry Topping
3) Ice Cream Strawberry with  Topping Strawberry
4) Vanilla Ice Cream with Blueberry Topping

 How to use the ice cream flour: (are shown in pack)

Additional Ingredients Needed :

1 Eggs
1/2 Canned Condensed Milk
1/2 Canned Warm Water


Tools required :

Mixer (Spin Machine Cake)
*Don't  use blender

Directions:

1. Add ingredients A (in pack) in bowl.
2. put one of eggs, ½ tin condensed milk and 1 ½ cans of warm water into the bowl.
3. Beat until fluffy for 5 minutes-8 minutes - use high speed
4. Then put ingredients B (in pack) and beat again for  10 minutes until fluffy.
5. Put it the fridge. let half the frozen, (2 hours). take out and rotary 10 minutes, use (high speed). 
6. re-insert it into the fridge, let it 45 minutes, ta and take out urn it 5minit only. put into a suitable container and sprinkle ingredients C (in pack)  and divisive split right mix well.
7. Put it the fridge and leave overnight. Next day you can serve.
8. While for a meal in a cup, arrange materials C, of 2 pieces on the edge of the cup to look more  interest.

* 1 pack of ice cream powder can get 2 large containers of ice cream & 1 small container. can get 60-70 scoop.

Malay Version.

Cara menggunakan tepung aiskrim:( ada ditunjukkan di pek) 

Bahan tambahan diperlukan :

1 biji telor
½ tin susu pekat manis
1 ½ tin air suam (sukat guna tin susu pekat manis tadi )

Alat yg diperlukan :

Mixer (Mesin Putar Kek)
*Jangan gune blender *

Caranya:

a) Masukkan bahan A, masukkan 1 biji telor , ½ tin susu pekat manis dan 1 ½ tin air suam kedalam mixer
b)  Putar  hingga kembang selama 5minit-8minit , guna (high speed).kemudian masukkan bahan B dan putar lagi sehingga 10minit  sehingga kembang & gebu.
c)  Masukkan kedalam peti ais.biarkan separuh beku, (2 jam). keluarkan dan putar 10 minit lagi, guna (high speed).
d)  masukkan semula kedalam peti ais biarkan 45minit, keluarkan dan putarkan 5minit saja.  letakkan kedalam bekas yg sesuai dan taburkan bahan c dan pecah2 kan gaul rata.
e)  Masukkan kedalam peti ais dan biarkan semalaman. Esoknya,  hidangkan.
f)  Ketika untuk hidangan didalam cawan,  susun bahan C, sebanyak  2keping di tepi cawan   supaya bertambah menarik.

*1 pek tepung aiskrim boleh dapat 2 bekas besar aiskrim & 1 bekas kecil. boleh dapat 60-70 scoop.
